1. About Message Connect TT

Message Connect TT is a community-focused online directory operated by ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT, a registered business in Trinidad and Tobago. The purpose of Message Connect TT is to help users discover and connect with professionals, businesses, service providers, and sellers within the End Time Message community in Trinidad and Tobago. Message Connect TT is primarily a directory and lead-generation platform. It is not an employer, recruitment agency, marketplace intermediary, contractor, agent, broker, or representative of the individuals or businesses listed on the platform. By accessing or using Message Connect TT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

Message Connect TT may be accessed by members of the public.

By using the website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to use the website and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use the website.

3. Nature of the Service

Message Connect TT provides a platform through which users may discover listed providers and obtain contact information such as telephone numbers, WhatsApp details, email addresses, social media profiles, websites, business information, locations, professions, services, products, and other information supplied by the provider. Message Connect TT's role ends substantially at facilitating the discovery and initial connection between the user and the listed provider.

Any subsequent communication, quotation, appointment, purchase, employment arrangement, service agreement, payment, contract, transaction, or other relationship is solely between the relevant parties.

Message Connect TT is not a party to those transactions or relationships.

4. Listings and Provider Information

Providers submit information to Message Connect TT for consideration and publication.

ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT may review and approve listings before they are published. However, approval of a listing does not mean that Message Connect TT:

• endorses the provider;

• recommends the provider;

• certifies the provider;

• guarantees the provider's qualifications;

• guarantees the provider's experience;

• guarantees the provider's honesty or reliability;

• guarantees the quality of the provider's services or products;

• guarantees the accuracy of every statement made by the provider; or

• guarantees that the provider is suitable for any particular user or purpose.
   

Providers are solely responsible for the information, representations, qualifications, claims, photographs, pricing, certifications, products, services, and other material they submit. Providers must ensure that all information supplied to Message Connect TT is truthful, accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading. Message Connect TT may request clarification, supporting information, or additional documentation before approving a listing.

5. Community Identity and Verification

Message Connect TT is intended primarily for the End Time Message community in Trinidad and Tobago.

Where applicable, Message Connect TT may ask a prospective provider to identify the church or congregation with which they fellowship or request other information for the purpose of reviewing and approving a listing.

Any such review is an internal screening process and does not constitute theological, ministerial, legal, professional, or character certification. Message Connect TT does not represent or imply that it is officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any particular church, pastor, congregation, ministry, organization, or Message-related body unless expressly stated.

6. No Guarantee of Leads, Customers, Employment, Sales or Income

Listing on Message Connect TT does not guarantee that a provider will receive:

• customers;

• enquiries;

• leads;

• sales;

• contracts;

• employment;

• interviews;

• business opportunities;

• bookings;

• referrals;

• revenue; or

• any other particular result.
   

Message Connect TT's purpose is to increase visibility and facilitate opportunities for users to discover and contact listed providers. Actual results depend on factors outside the control of ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT.

7. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any provider.

​

Users should independently consider matters such as:

• qualifications;

• licences;

• certifications;

• experience;

• pricing;

• availability;

• references;

• identity;

• business registration;

• product quality;

• safety;

• contractual terms; and

• any other matter relevant to the proposed transaction.
   

Users should not rely solely on the existence of a Message Connect TT listing when deciding whether to engage a provider.

8. Transactions and Disputes

Any transaction, service arrangement, purchase, sale, contract, appointment, employment arrangement, or other agreement entered into after discovering a provider through Message Connect TT is an agreement between the relevant parties. ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT is not a party to such agreements.
 

Accordingly, any dispute concerning a provider's services, products, pricing, performance, payment, conduct, delivery, quality, cancellation, employment, contract, refund, damage, loss, or other matter must be addressed primarily between the relevant parties.
 

Message Connect TT may, where appropriate, review complaints or concerns brought to its attention and may remove, suspend, restrict, or decline to renew a listing. Such action does not mean that Message Connect TT has accepted legal responsibility for the underlying dispute.

9. Prohibited Information and Conduct

Providers must not submit or publish information that:

• is knowingly false or misleading;

• impersonates another person or business;

• infringes another person's intellectual property rights;

• contains unlawful or fraudulent material;

• promotes illegal activities;

• contains malicious software or harmful code;

• is defamatory or unlawfully threatening;

• unlawfully exposes another person's private information;

• misrepresents qualifications, licences, certifications, affiliations, or experience;

• advertises products or services that the provider is not legally permitted to provide; or

• otherwise violates applicable law or these Terms.
   

Users must not attempt to interfere with, damage, overload, scrape, hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.

10. Accuracy and Changes to Listings

Providers are responsible for notifying ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT when information in their listing becomes inaccurate, outdated, unavailable, or misleading. 

 

Message Connect TT may update, correct, format, shorten, categorize, reorganize, or remove information in a listing where reasonably necessary for the operation of the directory.

11. Intellectual Property and Submitted Content

Providers must only submit photographs, logos, descriptions, trademarks, documents, graphics, and other material that they own or are legally authorized to use. 

 

By submitting such material to Message Connect TT, the provider grants ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to reproduce, display, format, publish, and use the submitted material for the operation, promotion, and marketing of Message Connect TT. The provider remains responsible for ensuring that the submitted material does not infringe another person's rights.

12. Listing Plans and Fees

Message Connect TT may offer different listing plans.
 

Current plans may include:

Standard Listing

• TTD $25 per month;

• minimum commitment of four months;

• minimum initial payment of TTD $100.
   

Premium Listing

• TTD $100 per month;

• no fixed minimum monthly commitment unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
   

ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT may change plan features, pricing, availability, or other commercial terms in the future. Any applicable changes will be communicated or reflected in the relevant offer before they take effect for a new purchase or renewal.
 

Payments may be made through methods specified by ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT, including bank transfer.

13. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, payments of TTD $500 or less are non-refundable.

Where a payment exceeds TTD $500, ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT may consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis. A refund is not automatically guaranteed merely because a payment exceeds TTD $500.
 

No refund will be required solely because a provider does not receive the number of leads, enquiries, customers, sales, employment opportunities, or other results they expected.

Where a listing is removed or suspended because of a breach of these Terms, fraud, misleading information, unlawful conduct, or other prohibited conduct, the provider may not be entitled to a refund.

14. Suspension and Removal

ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT reserves the right, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to:

• refuse to approve a listing;

• request additional information;

• suspend a listing;

• remove a listing;

• restrict access;

• decline renewal;

• terminate a provider's participation; or

• take other reasonable action

where it believes that a provider or listing violates these Terms, contains misleading or inappropriate information, creates legal or reputational risk, generates serious concerns, or is otherwise inconsistent with the purpose or operation of Message Connect TT.
 

ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT is not required to keep a listing published indefinitely.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Message Connect TT is provided on an "as available" basis.

ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT does not warrant that:

• the website will always be available;

• the website will operate without interruption;

• all information will always be complete or current;

• every listing will remain available;

• every provider will respond to enquiries;

• every provider is legitimate, qualified, trustworthy, or suitable;

• any product or service will meet a user's expectations; or

• use of Message Connect TT will produce any particular result.
   

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, claims, liabilities, expenses, or disputes arising from or connected with:

• a provider's conduct;

• a user's conduct;

• products or services supplied by a provider;

• inaccurate or misleading provider information;

• transactions between users and providers;

• payment disputes between users and providers;

• employment or business arrangements;

• failure of a provider to perform;

• property damage, personal injury, or other harm arising from dealings between users and providers;

• website interruptions or technical issues; or

• reliance on information contained in a listing.
   

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
 

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a provider agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT, its owner, operators, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from or connected with:

• information or content submitted by the provider;

• a provider's products or services;

• a provider's conduct;

• a provider's breach of these Terms;

• a provider's violation of another person's rights;

• allegations that submitted content infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; or

• disputes between the provider and a customer, client, employee, contractor, purchaser, or other third party.
   

This provision does not require a provider to indemnify ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT for liability caused by ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT's own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred.
 

18. Third-Party Websites and Contact Methods

Listings may contain links or contact methods leading to third-party websites, WhatsApp accounts, social media accounts, email addresses, telephone numbers, or other services.

ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, policies, or conduct.

Users access third-party services at their own discretion and risk.
 

19. Website Availability and Technical Issues

ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of Message Connect TT at any time. ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT will make reasonable efforts to maintain the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
 

20. Changes to These Terms

ISLANDORY DIGITAL TT may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of Message Connect TT after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
 

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Any dispute concerning these Terms or the operation of Message Connect TT shall be subject to the applicable courts and laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
 

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
 

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Message Connect TT Disclaimer and Privacy Policy and any specific written agreement applicable to a provider's listing or subscription, constitute the principal terms governing use of Message Connect TT.
